					<description>Jiggaman, it is simple arithmetic. Take in 500 calories less per day than you need -  to lose 1 pound in 7 days. So, if you need 2,500 calories - reduce it to 2,000 calories. Doing this you will lose 1 pound per week. Your body fat of 23% needs to go down to reveal more of your muscle. Diet is so important in this process. It is the reason why many people can't obtain their goals. Weightlifting while losing weight will help you to lose fat while maintaining lean muscle mass. Keep it up!</description>

					<description>Thanks for the replies, I did some research on that particular area and all have said that its total body weight loss and I can't spot reduce. I just wanted to know how to speed the process up a bit as I have lost weight in the waist area already.</description>

					<description>dead honest with you... its a slow process where you gotta cardio and work your pecs hard... if u really wana just focus on lower pecs try somthin like decline presses. but as brad said... fat loss is a whole body thing man.</description>
