Seeking some advice….
Friday, March 13th, 2009I’ve been working out pretty hard over the past few months now and I need some help with an area. If you look at my pics you can see a little difference in the arm as well as the stomach area, my issue is this. What do I need to do to flatten out the chest area? I can flex the chest and touch the muscle and feel the shape of it but in the lower area (above the rib) I still have a ton of fat there that I want to dispose of. My wife says that she doubts that its possible as that’s the way my body is but I refuse to accept that. Can anyone offer up some advice in the matter? Some exercises to target that area….?
