Just get started!
Thursday, March 6th, 2008I wanted to put this topic down for anyone out there who may need it. I found myself browsing through the different members blogs,photo’s,workout routines and whatever else this site had to offer. I even bought books about sculpting the body and eating right, one can drive themselves NUTS! taking in all the information that I did. Lift heavy all the time! NO lift light! do 10reps NO do 15 reps for shredded muscle so on and so forth, I found myself expecting to see results after 2 days!..lol bought the ab lounge and all that. Don’t get me wrong information/education is key but don’t be like me and read all the blogs,ads,website info until you feel that your mind is in overdrive as to what exercise and rep combo you should do to start, then before you know it 2 weeks have passed and all you’ve done is read,plan & gather pros and cons of every routine/exercise. Remember that everyone is different what works for Joe & Sarah might not work for you. The main key is to GET STARTED!!! Lift something!
