So far I cannot complain about the efforts of losing weight & getting my butt into shape.

It’s not eaesy getting up this early everyday to go do cardio, but I do find myself feeling much more energetic throughout the day. The dieting is going well. I have now lost a total of 9.5 pounds. Doesn’t sound like much, but I am 9.5 pounds closer to my first goal!

My weight training has had to slow down a little due to a sprained wrist. But, I am still lifting,, just using lighter weights & doing more reps.

If you are reading this & wondering if you can commit to losing weight….YOU CAN! It’s all your mind. You have to mentally commit to creating a new lifestyle for yourself. It’s not a diet. It’s not a gym membership. It is a lifestyle that will allow you to achieve the results that so many on this site have achieved.

I’m not sure how much weight I have lost, but I feel like I have lost some. More than that though, I feel better already. Just knowing that every day I am doing something that is going to make me healthier is a great motivator.

It has been difficult to schedule time everyh day for workouts, but, it is something that has to be done. I have been going in at 5:30am to do the cardio. Then around 5:30 pm, I will go back for weight training.
