Man it is hard getting re motivated after a nice weekend off with my boys..it was my 21st birthday so i naturally had to go out and drink with them and had a blast
….but now its time to slay my body in the gym
but my muscles were so tight lol

OMG i can feel the burn lol..i did dumbell preacher curls 10,8,6,4..then hammer curls 10,8,6,4 then Wide Grip E-Z bar curls 10,8,6,4 then rows same reps then 3 sets of 10 pull ups wide grip then low rows and high rows same reps then dumbell rows 10,8,6,6,4..wide grip shrugs 10,10,10,8,6,4 then behind the back same reps then dumbell shrugs with 80’s 5×5..then abs i did decline crucnches 3 x 15 then decline twist crunchs to each side 3 x 15 and i also did side bends with 45 pound plate 3 x 10..

I started out doing flat barbell bench..did well ..then i went to do a set of Tri’s and totally forgot about chest lol..so i burnt myself out on tri’s and i wasnt able to do as well on chest as i should have lol….kinda pissed off at myself

i did back and traps today
loved it..I slaughtered myself today and it feels amazing..again pictures should be coming soon..i get off work tomorrow so maybe ill be able to put them up then

so i did chest today with a buddy of mine..last month i was not even able to get 185 up once…Tonight i got it up three times..so my progress is coming along good..i keep a high level of motivation at all times.. should have pictures up soon hopefully..i just have to get my camera back and everything..so i can start putting progress picks up

so i started taking the MRI labs Blackpowder a couple days ago…and although it taste a little sweet..I am liking it so far..I did Triceps today and i have improved alot in the last couple weeks
