I have tired before to work out and get in better shape, but have never stayed with it, but am really making an effort now.
I joined La Fitness in July and began working out with personal trainers, trying for 2 times a week, but have been lax in the cardio sessions between working out.
All was starting off good, but then had a bad stress test in November, had 2 more stents in December, so didn’t get back working out until January, so have had to take it more slowly, but am again at full swing and trying.
Next step is to work on my bad eating habbits and do more cardio.
We’ll just take it one day at a time and try to loose about 30 pounds and just tighten up if not bulk up the old body.

Well, I resigned from my job 2 weeks ago, today is my last day, starting a new job Monday much closer to the house, so my workouts have been interrupted with Happy Hours, Dinners, eat drink eat drink for a week, so next week will have to start all over again.
