3:45 am and I’m getting the coffee flowing for some wake up juice! 34 degrees outside and the bed was way too warm and comfortable! I am committed, or should I be committed? You decide.
I had my Cheat Meal - Ok Cheat feast on Saturday. A new restaurant opened up the owner is Henry Hill the guy from The movie Good Fellas. Wine and Pasta OH MAN!!! So I’m not even getting on the scale I’m just hitting it again this morning HARD!!
My Motivation is waning lately. I’m grabbing for straws to keep on track. Work seems to have SO many ups and downs lately it sucking up my entire life force and good attitude. Lack of Sleep isnt helping but I am determined to get to where I was and blow past that level. I know I can do it.

I started this week off right and got a Weight workout in on Monday. Monday night and Tuesday night I had to help a bud out a worked pretty late so getting up was next to impossible. Tuesday I made an "attempt" to get some treadmill time in. So I got a great 15 min in LOL. But its better than not doing anything. So tonight its early to bed and 3:45 wake up to get a full workout in!! Does Anyone have any workout music suggestions? I listen to pretty much anything. I like all music. What do you listen to? Got a list?
I made it through another weekend didn’t over eat, had good foods. Ok,ok so I drank a little. I did cardio after the fog lifted a day later. Hey I cant let life get in the way of fitness. So before and after I screw up just hit it hard!! Right?
Well I made it through with only having 7 beers!! And no piggin out. I had a portabella Mushroom with a slice of low fat swiss cheese on a mutigrain wheat bun. NICE that was my big cheat! Well Saturday I got in 10,150 Steps mixed with aerobic and walking without even trying too. I bought an Omron HJ-720ITC pedometer. It is real good on tracking my progress. I’m getting all my routine sheets together and gotta pic one out. Wish me luck!
I made it! I worked out 5 days in a row at 4:30am Weights and cardio. PHEW! OK this weekend should be easier, I have a ton of stuff do do and I should be moving around for 75% of it. I gotta be careful with the beers, Saturday night is a football game "YIKES" But I’ll get some cardio in for sure before and on Sunday too. I’ll let you how I do!
Well From Jan to Summertime I was well on my way, July 4th hit and its been down hill from there. The end of August I went screaming down hill and added MAJOR FAT and dropped to once a week cardio at BEST. GOD I feel AWFUL! I’ve been trying to get motivated again and I just cant get it. I will, but man its rough!!
