Best Bicep Workout I’ve Done
Today I started doing easybar curls the way I normally do them I did 2 sets of 10. On the third set I put on about 12 more pounds of weight and did some negative curls which really got my biceps tweakin. Negatives to me are more effective if they are done after you awaken the dormant areas by doing normal repititions for 1-2 sets. To finish i did some negatives on a preacher bench 2 sets to failure. My biceps are on fire!
