Placed an order for some multi-vit, BCAAs, and ZMA today. I have a tub of ISS research protein I still need to burn through. Getting ready to start on Monday! hooah

I will be leaving on 10July for my two week AT with the Army National Guard which is aslo the start of OCS for me. I have not touched a weight since October 2008 due to the Army. I have a new diet planned out and a simple 5×5 workout to kick off my getting back into the gym. I also have a new lifting partner who should keep me motivated.
Here is a breakdown of the new workout:
Monday & Friday:
Olympic Squats 5×5
Bench Press 5×5
Barbell Row 5×5
Weighted Dips 5×5-8 (Monday) Skull Crushers 5×8 (Friday)
Weighted Decline Sit-ups 5×5-8
Run 1-mile on treadmill 7-min pace
Tuesday & Thursday:
Run 2-miles outside 8-min pace
Wednesday:
Front Squats 5×5
Military Press 5×5
Deadlifts 5×5
Pull-Ups 5×5
E-Z Bar Curls 6×8 wide and narrow grip
Hanging leg lifts 5×10
