Whats up people.
Presently working on Mass gains and trying to cut fat level at the same time.
Supplements I am taking now are
Multivitamins (GNC GOLDs)
X-Force Energy and Fat burner.
Muscle Milk.
Food I am eating,
Trying to get lots of fiber
Eat lots of nuts
Beef
Chicken
trying to cut on pasta
Salade
Fruit
I been working a lot on abs. I been doing 3 30min sessions a week at the gym and try to get iin 15min every night. I feel them under very cut but still got about 1" to lose to get them ripping out. I can’t really complain because I use to have 22% fat in my stomach and now its at 10% I really want to get these ripping by summer time!!!
