Weigh in Day… 291lbs!!! Down from 295!
Well, it looks like I lost another 4 lbs. I’m down from 295 last Monday. I’m pretty satisfied with that. I don’t know how realistic it is to want to lose a total of 100 lbs by Sept. 10 though. I’m gonna try my hardest anyway. I also took a few measurements and recorded them here. It will be great to keep track of the progress. I’m the type of guy who likes to see the numbers change. For some reason it helps me. I don’t know why. My wife just shakes her head at me. I felt really tired over the weekend and even today I was not feeling my best. I got to take a nap before work and it made all the difference. I feel much better. I’m going to do my cardio walking on my break tonight. I’ll do 30 minutes while I listen to a couple of podacasts.
I have been doing well in the eating dept. Although I did experience some loss of appetite yesterday. I only ate twice all day. I had few egg whites and ended up giving most of them to the dogs. Later I did have a cheat meal. Just a homemade cheese burger, a serving of baked beans, and a very small spoonful of macaroni salad. I had one scoop of ice cream too. I was very concious of my portion sizes and DID NOT GO OVERBOARD by any stretch of the imagination. It’s not that I really wanted this cookout food, I just wasn’t feeling good enough to get my own regular food together. I am back on the straight and narrow today. I need to get a little more water in me though. I am a bit behind on that. I find that the weight loss slows or stops when the water intake isn’t where it needs to be.
I’m gonna start the weight training this week. I’m not looking forward to the initial soreness, but I know it will help my metabolisim and help me keep what muscle I have.

WAY TO GO, every 4lbs count..and the next thing you know BAM those 4lbs added up to 100!! Keep going strong
