Progress celebration - Mitotropin progress
To celebrate sticking to the Mitotropin plan for one week I decided to change my routines up.
I will now hit the gym up 6 times this week, each day totally concentrating on one major muscle group.
Today I destroyed my arms. I concentrated on strict form with slow but heavy reps. I did triceps first then biceps and moved to forearms. It was probably the best workout I’ve had in months and the pump I got was insanity. Total workout was 1hour with very little rest between sets.
For everyone asking about Mitotropin side effects, I have yet to have any. The only thing I’ve noticed was a bit of acne. I can’t be sure its from the Mitotropin. I actually don’t feel much from it. It doesn’t give me the shakes or make me feel pumped up. Lipodrene gave me more of a buzz than this stuff.
