To celebrate sticking to the Mitotropin plan for one week I decided to change my routines up.
I will now hit the gym up 6 times this week, each day totally concentrating on one major muscle group.
Today I destroyed my arms. I concentrated on strict form with slow but heavy reps. I did triceps first then biceps and moved to forearms. It was probably the best workout I’ve had in months and the pump I got was insanity. Total workout was 1hour with very little rest between sets.
For everyone asking about Mitotropin side effects, I have yet to have any. The only thing I’ve noticed was a bit of acne. I can’t be sure its from the Mitotropin. I actually don’t feel much from it. It doesn’t give me the shakes or make me feel pumped up. Lipodrene gave me more of a buzz than this stuff.

Tomorrow morning will make it 1 week on Mitotropin. I have been fallowing the diet almost exactly but I didn’t do as much cardio as suggested. I lifted on all the reccomended days. Here are my new results.
185lbs to 180lbs
19.8 to 17.5 BF

So, I’m not feeling very energized at the moment. I took 3 Mitotropin at 6:30am and just took my second dose. I really haven’t felt any change in my energy level, body temp or overall attitude. If anything I’m feeling a bit tired. The diet I have to fallow is pretty restrictive. The day 1 meal plan limits me to 150gm carbs and they can’t come from any breads. I plan on fallowing everything the instructions say to do. My workouts should be pretty much the same besides teh added 40min cardio.

I’m giving Mitotropin a try starting tomorrow. I just started trying to cut weight, I figured it wouldn’t hurt to give it a shot. Right now I’m 185lbs and don’t know what to expect in terms of loss. Has anyone had decent results with the stuff?

Finally over the stomach thing I’ve had for 2 days. I think it was from some bad turkey that I might have undercooked. Time to hit the weights hard after work.

I switched up the body part days. Here is what I came up with. I would appreciate suggestions and input if anyone can help out. I’m looking to build mass.
I’m adding 30min cardio after every session.

I sometimes hit triceps on this day as well.

I Got hit with a horrid stomach virus yesturday. I had to leave work early and I have yet to eat a real solid meal. This is certainly putting a damper on my training plans for this week. I will have to make this up with some real solid workouts when I get better. I friggn hate setbacks

Well, this has been a crappy morning. I was up all night with stomach issues, I think it’s due to the casein protein I had last night. Then while getting ready for work I stubbed my toe really bad. To top things off I was almost killed twice on the way to work due to drivers not stopping at stop signs. I hope this stomach thing clears up so I can at least hit the gym later.

Well I just got a Body Composition Monitor with Scale and the results were a bit harsh.

25.8 BMI
I guess I can’t be that sad since I did just do my bulking phase.

Is it just me or is the consistancy of gold standard casein protein a major turn off? The stuff turns into pudding and mixes horribly. I guess I was spoiled by my last powder (Magnum Quattro). I don’t think Magnum makes a casien blend. O Well this is just my bedtime snack.
