fishy suggestions?
To everyone that encouraged me in my last blog, Thank you. I am still bummed, but that doesn’t mean I’m going to ever give up. Even if my body never changes, I still want to be healthy. I have been weight training for a few years now (three?), so no….I’m not new at this…and that is why I’m upset that I don’t have more changes.
I have one more week of this low-cal diet I’m doing, and then I’m going to add more protein and cardio in. Gosh, I hate cardio.
I want to eat fish but I just hate cooked fish cause it usually tastes soo……fishy. Any suggestions?

Try poaching or steaming with herbs.

If it’s winter go for salmon, tuna, or mahi. Give it some good italian/cajun/pepper type seasoning. Sear on the Foreman Grill, leave the middle just a little rare.
Since outdoor grilling season is coming up, take the same fish, the same seasoning and add to the outdoor grill.
Going for Fish cooked like a steak is one good way to avoid the boring fish feel.
