I hate this sometimes.
How come I have to work my butt off and eat PERFECTLY and no one would be able to even TELL by looking at me!?!? This sucks. I’m so annoyed at people who have perfect bodies and don’t do HALF the work I do. It’s BS!! I’m too embarrassed to even wear shorts and I work my legs out all the time. ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s natural to get frustrated. One’s mind always works faster than one’s body. Think of this as a journey and not a destination. Also, take lots of progress pictures. It will show you the progress you are making.
Don’t be down-hearted. You have a LOT of support on this site.

Girrl I was like that…I would workout by butt off like 2 and now even 3 a days with the cardio the hardcore heavy weights and all, eat clean- like super clean and still looking the same! It would make me so mad…after some days of the hour cardio i go and it’s like saying m&*^*&&%^%! and you know you work your butt off hard so why go eat crap right? well what I did was refocus my motivation….I keep busting my butt off but first it’s because I want to live a healthy life, and since it’s a lifestyle I do what i do everyday 6 days a week, rest, do cardio, different activities, weight train heavy hard whatever, take vitamins, supps, and eat earthly grown foods. ….then I think about how I wanna get ripped hardcore cause that’s my goal….so who cares how long it takes but i’ll get there by continuing to do what I do and that’s enjoying the workouts, gym is my 2nd home, but the people there tell me it’s more like my 1st….everyday I walk in that door it’s like seeing the light at the end of the tunnel:)

Maybe it’s what you are doing, and now how much.

How long have you been working out for and what kind of workout do you do for your legs?
I like what PenteKing said because it was so true for me: The mind works faster than the body.
Patience
