It’s time to get hardcore again
As you see, I have not been on this site since Feb. I was not doing well back then, and school got super crazy as well. I’m not getting to the gym as much as I’d like and haven’t taken progress pics in ages. It’s time, though, to get going again. I’ll be changing gyms next month to save money. The place I’m going to is just a room with equipment, but it’s less than 10 bucks a month for students. I need to browse some exercises for the equipment they have, b/c they don’t have everything I’m used to using (no leg press, no back or ab machines, and no incremental barbells–so the one they have is too heavy for me even without weight on it). there are a bunch of cable machines, free weights, cardio equipment, and bench press (which i can’t use). If anyone has any suggestions, feel free to post! I’m going to check out BB’s exercises as well.
