Today’s Intake
Please note that I sat in front of the computer all day typing up reports and working on upcoming presentations for school. ugh. I can feel the fat seeping in.
Here’s what I ate today (I didn’t note the times today). Everything’s organic:
- oatmeal with cinnamon and raisins
- coffee
- unsalted pretzels
- apple with PB
- lentil soup
- Kashi crackers with sliced cheese
- Pure Protein bar
- Sunflower burger, 2 pieces whole grain bread, nayonnaise, 1/2 pickle, veggie cheese, and veggie alphabet potatoes
that puts me at approx 73 grams of protein… sux. i could drink a muscle milk tonight to push me up to 100g. maybe i will… as you can see, the intake is much less than I should be eating. it’s been like this lately… and there was a day in there it was about half of this…. no good.
