Intake = No Good
I have been slacking with holding myself accountable for the diet lately. Over the past week things have not been where they usually are with my intake. Quite simply, I have been restricting, but not exactly intentionally. I’m just not hungry. There was one day this week I didn’t even eat 1,000 cals. It has been a LONG time since I have done that…
So, I really need to take the time out each day to blog here, b/c this really has helped me stay on track with my diet. But it is super hard to eat enough when you’re just not hungry. I think there are a number of things contributing to this lack of appetite–where some people tend to indulge and overeat, I tend to restrict.
Anyways. Be on the lookout for me holding myself accountable. And nudge me here and there, b/c I really need it right now.

You might jus be eating too much at one time thats all apread ur meals out more and eat less

hmmm… dunno if that’s the problem. I eat every couple of hours, small things.
but when i’m experiencing lack of appetite, i seriously have hardly eaten at all.
