Sorry i’ve been MIA…
Agh! midterm week is here and i have been slacking with my blogging here. but just to give you all a run-down of this week so far– workouts have been good, except today i did the same leg work with the same amount of weights as last week, but i’m not sore at all. i don’t like that!!!! grrrrr…
eating has been going well, overall…. more good days than bad. but i’ve been crashing in the late afternoons (i’m guessing it’s a stress thing right now), and my dinners have been little snacks here and there. everything’s good and clean, but prob not enough this week. this is what happens to me when i’m stressed…. i unintentionally restrict.
and the H20 has been an ongoing issue. there were a couple of days i drank the entire 2.5L, but otherwise, nice try ;P
i’ll be around more next week once this week is done and over with!
