Yesterday’s Intake and Expenditure

Whoops! another forgotten blog entry… it was an okay day yesterday.  Could have been better.  The H20 intake sucked.  So, I didn’t reach my week-goal of 2.5 L, which really bums me out.  I’m not going to stop working on it, though.

6:30 am

  • Muscle Milk

7:30 am — Gym

  • 25 min cardio
  • 45 training:  lower back, abs, biceps, triceps

9:00 am

  • 4 organic egg white
  • 2 slices organic whole grain toast
  • organic string cheese
  • herbal iced tea

10:00 am

  • 2 cups black coffee

12:00 pm

  • Kashi Honey Almond Flax Seed granola bar

1:15 pm

  • Pure Protein Bar

2:30 pm

  • diet coke (they’re all gone now!)

3:00 pm

  • organic oatmeal with cinnamon, raisins, and Veg Protein Boost powder
  • H20

6:30 pm

  • Kashi crackers
  • slice of organic whole grain bread
  • hummus
  • H20

7:30 pm

  • Gardenburger
  • 2 slices organic whole grain bread
  • nayonnaise
  • veggie cheese
  • 1/2 pickle
  • H20

8:30 pm

  • baked yam
  • H20
