10/13/07 Intake and Expenditure
10:00 am

11:00 am — Gym
- Gravity class (1 hr.—LUV this class! Highlight of my week!)
12:15 pm
- 4 organic egg whites
- 2 slices organic whole grain toast
- organic string cheese
- H20
then I crashed around 1:30 or so and slept until 4pm! I did NOT mean to do that!!!
4:30 pm
- organic oatmeal with cinnamon, raisins, and Veg Boost Protein powder
- H20
5:00 pm
- 2 cups black coffee
- Pure Protein bar
8:30 pm
- low carb high protein wrap
- nayonnaise
- slice veggie cheese
- 1/2 pickle
- Morning Star Chick’n Strip Meal Starters
- cheat: french fries
I’m probably going to have some fruit in a little bit. Sucked again on the H20 today. I need a new plan with this, or something, b/c filling my 2.5 L bottle daily is just not working for some reason. argh.
