9/30/07 Intake

Sunday, September 30th, 2007

Today was a rest day

7:30 am

  • black coffee
  • organic oatmeal with cinnamon and raisins (no sugar)

10:00 am

  • black coffee
  • Pure Protein bar
  • glass H20

12:00 pm

  • black coffee
  • low-fat cottage cheese with flax seeds and strawberries

1:30 pm

  • Diet Coke (i used to be a total addict, and i actually haven’t drank this stuff in over a year… i’m terrified it’s going to destroy my liver, but i have all these leftover from a party i had, and i hate to waste.  they’re almost gone, though)
  • multivitamin, mega B-complex

3:00 pm

  • soy and flax seed tortilla chips
  • hummus
  • glass H20

5:30 pm (had taken a nap)

  • organic cheese
  • Kashi crackers

7:30 pm

  • organic salad (same as yesterday)
  • organic veggie bowtie pasta
  • organic sauce
  • 6 meatless meatballs
  • shredded veggie cheese

I didn’t finish dinner…. i became incredibly full and bloated very quickly, which tells me i’m not eating enough.  this will probably be it for the evening.  if i eat anything else, it will be around 10pm and it will be some grapes.  i’m going to try and drink more water before bed as well.  i really need to work on this.

9/29/07 Intake and Expenditure

Saturday, September 29th, 2007

7:00 am

  • black coffee

8:30 am

  • muscle milk

10:00 am - 12:00 pm

  • Hard core abs class (1/2 hour)
  • 25 min cardio
  • Gravity class  (45 min)

12:15 pm

  • 4 organic egg whites with organic string cheese
  • 2 pieces organic whole grain toast
  • organic apple

2:00 pm

  • multivitamin and mega B-complex
  • black coffee
  • Pure Protein Bar

I’m getting very tired and feel the need for a nap coming on.

3:00 pm

  • black coffee
  • Kashi Peanut Peanut Butter granola bar

hmmm…. i’m realizing i’ve had like, no water yet today!

5:00 pm (okay, i napped for about an hour)

  • 2 glasses H20
  • unsalted pretzels and hummus

7:30 pm

  • Organic salad (baby spinach, grape tomatoes, orange and yellow bell peppers, Eating Right blueberry pomegranate dressing)
  • Jumbo Smart Dog with organic whole wheat bun, slice of veggie cheese, and nayonnaise

9:00 pm

  • grapes
  • glass of H20

and that’s it for today!  Probably not enough intake for the results I’d like to be seeing, but this has been pretty typical for me lately (sometimes a little less, too).

I *REALLY* need to get more water!!!

I’ve been on BB for awhile…

but i’m really just getting started with my bodyspace page.  I activated it quite some time ago, but never got around to using it.  I don’t know what made me come back, but now that I have, I know I won’t be leaving anytime soon.  I am finding more motivation here than anywhere else!  It’s wonderful to watch all the hard work everyone is doing and how much it pays off.

My main thing right now is that I *really* have to pay attention (again) to my intake.  I think I might be restricting, but I won’t know until I start logging everything again.  I will use this space to do so.  Please feel free to offer tips/suggestions/etc. to the intakes I post.

I’m looking forward to meeting others with similar goals, esp those who have made a successful recovery from an ED!
