Alright… so I tried the Lipo 6 the other day. I only took one tablet in the morning before spinning class, thought for sure it would give me the extra push I needed to lose this last 10lbs… Well I have been cutting alot of shit from my diet, such as carbonated beverages, coffee, soda, pretty much anything with caffine, for at least the last month. So I amusing my body is extra sensetive to caffine now. The next day I had a horrible headache for most of the day, and I think it was related to taking this. I know it wasnt because I didnt stay hydrated cause I always drink plenty of water. But I am just curious if anyone knows as to why it would have had this effect on me?  Or if I am just reading into this to much, and I just had a headache..  Should I continue to take it, I have not taken it since, but if its a good product, and if i will see results from it I dont want to stop taking it. I just wanted something to give me the extra engery at the gym, and I have been reading everywhere about this Lipo 6 so I figured it must be pretty good. Does anyone have any suggestions as to if I should try something else? Or if I should give this another chance, and just bear with it? Thanks so much..

Well i started working out recently about 5 months ago. It started just a few classes a week, and then I became very passionate about it. Bumped it up to pretty much everyday. I love working out, I really never thought I would be this person that enjoyed sweating, and kicking my own ass everyday to go to the gym and get an optimual work out. Its great! I am currently trying to lose weight and tone up. The losing weight thing has gone pretty good, the toning up is great with my legs, i do spinning five times a week, and then run every other day between this, so my legs are pretty much pure muscle, but its my mid section, stomach and hip oh and ass (have a big booty ;) not really proportionate to the rest of my body) area that i am having a problem toning. I know this is just because i havent spent enough time focusing on these areas. I guess I just figured if I lost the weight first then I would worry about toning up after. So its getting to that point now that I have to start worring about the toning up part. I guess I am just not really sure where to start. How often I am suppose to work on my abs, how many times a week? What other good mid-section toning to start out? I dont really have a work out buddy, so it makes it a little difficult to go outside my comfort zone. But if there is one thing I have learned since I started this is that you can only rely on yourself to get through this. My best advice is not to wait for that friend to start going to the gym with you, or if they cant go one day, then say to heck with it I will just wait tommrow. Dont put it off, do it yourself, you are your own motivation!
