I did Cardio Power and Resistance this morning and I just finished Chest and Back with Ab Ripper X. I worked out hard. I feel like new money. I gotta a photo shoot i’m trying to get done in late January. Working towards my goal.
My diet has been all over the place right now and with the programs i’m doing my bodyfat should be way lower than what it is. Trying to figure out how to get my diet down.
I just finished shoulders and arms along with ab ripper x. I am sore as hell and tired but the results will be awesome down the line. In the morning I have Cardio Recovery with no weight training in the afternoon.
This morning is Cardio Power and Resistance and later will Shoulders, Bi’s and Tri’s. It is tough but I want to have the perfect body and be in great condition. Beauty is pain!!!
I’m ready to tackle a very hard workout regiment. I will be doing Insanity in the morning and P90X in the afternoon. After looking at a lot of BodySpace profiles and feeling a void in my life, I’ve found motivation to kick my workouts into high gear and get the lean and mean body I’ve been hungary for. I’m ready to kick ass!
After my last fight I decided to take a break from training. I should’ve kept with some type of regiment cause now I am 10-12lbs bigger from when I stopped training. I did we too much eating. LOL! But now it is time to kick this plan into high gear and get back into amazing shape.

Once again bad news with training. I rolled my ankle on Monday during kickboxing training. I will find out tomorrow morning the extent of the damage. I hope I won’t be down for to long.
