So, nothing to do with working out here…but my wife is pregnant, she had her first ultrasound, and she’s having twins. Pretty crazy! I’m excited and terrified at the same time.

Congrats and WOW!
Two babies at once and all of those diapers
My daugthers are not twins but they are 16 months apart so my wife and I had two in diapers.
Keep blastin’ the iron now while you can get a good night sleep.
