hi folks been dropping the weight the last few days last few weeks really. i don’t know what to do my eating habits have not changed and i never feel hungry or deprived of food. i am getting more than enough rest most of the time and don’t feel like i am over training at all even with squad pt getting on my nerves i have been left to my own devices as of late and am back at training heavy. i don’t really notice any loss of size in the mirror (fat or muscle) and do not have a tape with me to check. i also have gotten a few complements and inquiries as of late into my training dieting but the scale does not lie. i am now ruffly less than a pound away from the weight i started with when coming to this site.

due to some unforseen events my squad leader has seen fit to leave me behind at an alternate location. sounds bad but its great he is doing it because he (i hope) trusts me to do squad pt on my own. i could not be happier. i will have to be out here with some people i do not like but i don’t care i will finally be able to get back to training heavy; even if but for a few days.

man i feel week today. i had to take a few days off over last week starting on friday and lasting through the weekend into monday because of trama i suffered to my right eye wich the doc says is going to make a full recovery but is still red and sore but no bruising and the inflammation and swelling is gone. anyway after i had the ok to go back on duite and the gym i naturally had an awesome workout that was fueled even more by the fact i am currently getting ready for and training someone else for the APFT. the next day still good then i reluctantly took a day off and yesterday 25 august. i went at it again. this time i felt like ****. every lift was bad. i was weak and tired. i felt exhausted. i don’t know the reason but i will be back at it today. hopefully with reanude resolve.

well if anyone reads this they know that i have what is called an APFT in October well it got BUMPED UP. now it’s a week and a half from today. and another one in October. I myself am only getting a score of 240-250. and if thats what im at now it will be what i get in a week. not something i am happy about but something that will no doubt sper that inner competition to get a better score in October.

the army physical fitness test. is flawed but its what we do and i have to do it in october the test consists of two minute timed push ups two minut timed sit ups and a timed two mile run for my age bracket i have to get 76 push ups 81 sit ups and a 12:59 two mile run to max it. its not the hardest thing in the world but any tips would help.
