I truely feel sorry for all these computer geeks, to have no life but to sit in front of the computer on bodyspace all day and night long VERY SAD.
I guess i’m just fortunate enough to be a successful bodybuilder and family man, people just cant stand it. Sure I made some less then tasteful comments on the bodyspace blog but i speak whats on my mind and if i feel that i’m being deceieved or cheated i’ll call whom ever out. But the conversation went off track and people started to attack me personally which got me defensive so i stooped to their level. Why, hell if i know, these losers have no credibility because their REP POINTS on BODYSPACE LOL and talk, talk, talk. You see i dont talk, i walk the walk and back myself up, unless these clowns on the threads on bodyspace muscletech contest.
I’ve always dealt with jealous people, i mean the people putting me down are A) OLD B)OLD AND OVERWEIGHT C) HAVE NO FAMILY OR DEVORCE D) HAVE ZERO CREDIBLITY IN THE FITNESS INDUSTRY, ETC really i can go on. They are all WANANBES who want to make something of themselves and the only way is via BODYSPACE or THREADS.
I did let them get the best of me but no more. No more conversing with them, i’ll just post my bulk up progressive pics to make them even more enraged because they will never have what it takes to be a champion, they will never have the heart, knowledge, drive, determination to do what i have and will accomplish. They are pathetic hypocrites who are sorry excuse for human life.
I will PLUG THE HATERS MOUTHS with my actions not my words!

I completed the bodyspace muscletech transformation contest and NPC Flex Wheeler Classic and was at my all time best! I lost 31lbs in 14 weeks, started at 190lbs and cut down to 159.3lbs! I took second place in the middleweights and was edged out by my friend Mike Gritti by several points from what i heard (still waiting for the official score card). The show had quality competitors but lacked the volume. Nonetheless it was an amazing experience! The Muscular Development crew was there. Dave Palumbo was backstage taking pics of us, Flex made his rounds, Shawn Ray and Kevin Levrone were in the audience. Also i BILLCOMSTOCK was on site and took incredible pictures for all of us. He got 4 good pages on me (you can view them at www.musculardevelopment.com and go to contest photos then Flew Wheeler Classic. Unfortunately i was so focused i didnt get to socialize with them. Afterwards we headed out to Pizza Luce and i tacked down a 16" pizza believe that.
Over the past week i gained 23lbs though day by day i am losing my separation but still i look good. I’ve been having one cheat meal everyday PLUS i’ve been implimenting my new bulkup diet. After Sunday I’m going to cut back on cheat meals down to 2 times a week…but thats unofficial as i’m working with my adviser (Shawn Myszka of EEA who has worked extensively with Dorian Yates for several years!) to get the full game plan.
The plan, the new era is to increase my muscle size, mainly to my quads (outter sweep) and lower back thickness/lats as priority. I intend to push my genetic boundry starting with a gain of 15-20lbs of muscle by 2009 North American in one year. I’m going to approach the offseason like i have never before. Less cheat meals, more quality foods, more protein and more complex carbs(simple for breakfast and postworkout). I’m VERY excited, I’ve never actually wanted to be a IFBB pro besides when i was a teenager but I KNOW and believe in myself that i can do it. Seeing what i look like at a mere 159.3lbs just goes to show that i have TONS of potential ready to be unleashed. Just 20lbs more pounds and i confidently believe i could be anyone pound for pound! But dont take my word for it…i’ll show everyone what i have in store next year.
I’m at a new training facility (LA Fitness) which is THE BOMB. The have a plethora amount of equipment, diverse enough for me to take it to the next level. Plus I’ll be hitting up The Press Gym (Little Canada) now and again for a change. BTW - that is the badest gym in the Twin Cities BAR-NONE! They have a powerlifting room, weight upon weight, straight up OLD SCHOOL where legends like BINGO BINH, CARLA NELSON, CHRISTINE BONGIOVONI, ROAD WARRIORS(wrestling) use to train. The have machines there that you will NOT find at some fitness club, which really hit your muscles good!
I’m very excited for this new era. Lets see what my Vietnamese and Finnish genetics can do!

This morning i woke up 1/2lbs heavier ie 161lbs and dryier! I feel a bit more full but still have more work to do. After work i headed over to EEA to see my bro Shawn to have him take a look-see. We both agree that i didnt lose any conditioning and skin is tighter and fuller, my upper body too most of it. Legs still need to fill out a bit more so i’ll have 300plus carbs before 5pm and a burger in between meals at the end of the day. I got my last coat of jan tana on…it appeard that some of it did come off the back of my legs and back from sleeping, kind of a given. No biggie i’m super dark as is and the dryier i get the darker i’ll look. Time to rest, eat and in the morning i’ll take my after pics for the Bodyspace Transformation contest after my 1st meal then i’m off to prejudging!

Yesterday was my last day tanning, got some additional sun afterwards. I felt really depleted and i didnt feel as full at all and barely had vasularity. I had my 5th meal of the day and decided to have a serving of nat peanut butter and jelly on my rice cakes to help me fill out. UMMMM nice little treat. Afterwards i headed upstairs and i was soo unbelivably tired…like a log and still restless. So i went downstairs and polished off some more rice cakes with nat PB &J and a banana and a serving of peanut M&Ms. I think that did the trick as i got upstairs around 8pmish..i was out like a light until the next morning!
This morning WTF, lost another 2lbs ie 160.5lbs!!! No matter what i do i just drop weight, maybe because i cut out all my sodium and i’m having way less liquids? I’m the leanest, most muscular and hardest i’ve EVER BEEN! Went to see my bro SHAWN MYSZKA at EEA(Eden Prairie) to go over my posing and i’m SOO glad i did. His help was a GOD-SEND, my posing looks so much better. He said out of all the bodybuilders he has come across even at the NATIONAL LEVEL he’s never seen an upperbody like mine. I’m the leanest person he has ever seen BUT i still need to get my legs bigger…which i obviously know and have been working on. Now to compete for the overall, i need to FILL OUT BIG TIME so i’m eating 400 carbs today and taking in a bit more fat(mainly from nat peanut butter!). Around 3PM i got a call from the Local Newspaper to do an article on me..sweet. We went over some question and once my show is done and i have my placing and after pics they’ll publish it. Later this even i got my Jan Tana spray on..its WAY BETTER then protan!! It looks great and only takes 15mins to dry. As i’m sitting here typing, and i get up to see what i’ve been sitting on(t-shirt)…NO JAN TANA is on my shirt. If it was protan i would have some color left… still i’m not taking any chances since i got home i’ve been air drying walking around in my birthday suit LOL. I just finished my last meal…time to put the food way for tomorrow hopefully i’ll wake up the same weight or heavier…PLEASE NOT LIGHTER sh!t i could be a lightweight at this d@mn rate AND easily dominate the class!

FYI - never purchase music on myspace specifically though SNOCAP! As i mentioned i found this kick ass new song by Slipknot "Psychosocial" and went to purchase it from myspace through this SNOCAP. I finally figured out to download the d@mn Manager, purchased the song and WTF ITUNES wont allow me to listen to it or my other music programs as it says the song is “PROTECTED” i was so annoyed. I check ITUNEs which i should have done in the 1st place and got it there. I burned the song on 2 CDs, one for the show and one in case they lose the 1st one which happens A LOT at BB comps!
Yesterday at the gym, i had ZERO energy…did circuit training very very light and very very low intensity. I felt really flat, not nearly as vascular as the prior days so you know i’m depleted…nothing a cheat meal cant fix LOL Got my kick as$ posing trunks..which i’ll post on here after the night show and my hair will match, its sweet and very unique! Oh yeah before the gym i was checking my foods and noticed my jennio tenderloin turkey breast had 75mg of sodium per serving WTF?? So i purchased a $100.00 worth of fish and steak before prejuding. I just love when you go grocery shopping and you have a vast amount of one item and the people immediately assume that your favorite food on earth LOL I just say yes rather then explain myself…
This morning…well i’m a fu@king weigh loss machine LOL I dropped another unintentional 2lbs my weight is now the lowest thus far at a whopping 162.5lbs of nothing but skin, vains and muscle..and some water. My goal and that of my adviser SHAWN MYSZKA of EEA out of Eden Prairie is to gain 5lbs in addition to water lose. The goal is to retain water in my muscle rather then skin… Today hasnt been easy, I’m without my beloved DIET DEW which im accustom to having 2-5times daily when dieting, protein bars, and my little postworkout snacks! But its only several more days..so easy-peasy. I have to tell you, when you eat nothing but bland foods a rice cake doesnt taste all that bad!! Actually any food in the stomach at this point is great. After work(my last full work day this week!) i’m going to get my posing oil, get some new gear for prejudging i’m in need of new sandles and baggy light t-shirt then get my last tanning session in. Afterwards get a few meals in me, practice my posing routine and REPEAT.

As i mentioned in my previous blog, i in fact did go to LA Fitness and the wife & i got a membership there so when they open i’m canceling GOLDS! Its a beautiful, fully equiped facility just what i’m going to need when i bulk up after my show. I was late meeting my buddy Gritti at the gym..like 1 hour! He still waited for me and i’m surprised he wasnt pissed but Mike is a very cool and mellow guy, very laid back and humble person but you dont want to mess with that cat, he was a UFC fighter and had fought several fights in Japan, now his passion like mine is bodybuilding! We plan to do some serious bulking this winter for JR NAT next year…so look out! We hit some light back…the gym of course was pack to the gills with morons left and right, luckily we only had to train just to deplete our bodies rather then try to break it down. I was going to do some posing afterwards in the studio regardless of who was in there BUT..BUT the ****ing lights were off and a group where doing yoga with some ridiculous x-mas lights CLOWNS. I just hit the tanning booth and went home. Then about 1mile away it started poring like a mo-fo and **** our gazebo was up and it rained so hard that it made the top buckle inward before our eyes! Luckily it was a gift so we arent out of any money..but still, i’ll have to figure it out after my show until then its going to be one hell of an eye sore and i’m keeping the shades shut so i dont see it or i’ll get pissed!
This morning i woke up another 1lbs lighter i.e. 164.5lbs. WTF okay my carbs are down 80%, protein is up 15% and no cardio and i still lost weight PLUS im taking in TONS of sodium and 3 gallons of water a day. But i’m sliced and diced, the skin on my arms especially are paper thin..i can literally see every vein! Today is my last carb day and sodium loading, tomorrow i’m upping my carbs to 200grams and drinking only 2 gallons of water…time to shed the water and fill out! After the gym, i’m picking up my posing trunks, maybe tan for 15mins outside if sun is out then hit the gym for some circuit training…last day of training too. OH i also found my posing song, its by SLIPKNOT called PSYCHOSOCIAL its ****ing kick ass! Easy to pose to and powerful as a mo-fo because i’m goign to make a statement at the FWC and on the MUSCLETECH TRANFORMATION CONTEST.

I’m writting this here at work during my lunch because when i get home i will NOT want to do anything but eat and spend what few mins i have with the fam before going to bed then REPEAT. To recap as of yesterday i cut ALL cardio, increase my water 2 times and decreased my carbs by 80%, increase my protein by 15%..fat is probably the same. MAN I MISS MY PROTEIN BARS! I wont be eating them until after my contest
This morning i woke up surprisingly 2.5lbs lighter ie 165.5lbs! I was vascular all day yesterday and still today..weird being i’ve cut my carbs by 80%! I guess body is sucking up the calories rather then using it as energy for my 10-12mile day jogs LOL I think next time round i’ll TRY not to get so overweight but its hard in the winter. Its cold, you indoors, no motivation to stay looking good especially being married with kids…its work 24-7! This year after my show, if i win my contest i hope to secure a sponsorship which will REALLY motivate me to say lean and make some serious progress. A sponsorship with Muscletech would be IDEAL and perfect. No better company to represent then the company i first starting out using their products back in 1995! I was one of the 1st people to use their Hydroxycut, Creatine..which was called like Creatine 5000 or something and their mass/prohomon product..its started with an A? But like in 1996 when i won the NPC Ironman/Ironmaiden Teenage overall and 2nd place lightweight mens, i’m using MUSCLETECH again to secure my win at NPC FWC and BODYSPACE MUSCLETECH TRANFORMATION CONTEST!! I came in the best condition in 1996 and beat some very muscular teeangers and men. That is when i knew, its not always about size but if you can bring in that conditioning, plus being blessed with Aesthetics(nice lines and great shapes) that bodybuilding is my sport. Its so rewarding on so many levels but their pros and cons. Being single sure no problem…we always use to say "CURLS BEFORE GIRLS", "WEIGHTS BEFORE DATES" LOL. Now being a family man, you have to balance it all out. I hope this summer i can make an impact in the fitness/bodybuilding industry so i can give back to my family!! Thats why i work so hard because i know i have what it takes and one day it will pay off for me for my familys well-being!
Okay where was i?? oh yeah i’m super lean, i feel pretty good, still taking my Hydroxycut Hardcore..which is the only product i’m taking and its a GODSEND! My eyes get so heavy around 9am(i wake up at 4:30am) i pop 3 pills in then i’m good until my lunch nap at 1:30 which i usually end up here for 30mins LOL
After work i’m heading to LA Fitness as i HATE GOLDS GYM its HORRIBLE they dont even have a SQUAT RACK NOT ONE just a cage where you get these idiot commoners doing BARBELL CURLS…MORONS have some consideration! My buddy TIM just got promoted as GM so he’s going to show me and my family the club. Its suppose to be just kickass…they have 2 squat racks..which is okay but still a step up and they are cheaper all around. Afterwards its BACK & TRAP DAY then 30mins of posing in my tightes…hopefully the studio 2 wont be use, if so tough shit for them i’m still going to pose in my boxers LOL It has perfect lighting in there and plent of room, unlike my house where is set up the video camera to the TV and pose infront of it. 1 more day of low carbs then 200 here i come!!

AHHHH i love cheat meals! Last night the fam and i went to our beloved Red Robin who has the best burgers around oh and bottom less steak fries! I had a Monster burger (2 huge patties probably equal of 1/2lbs or more of beef), cheese and all the fixins, complimented with some fries(no i didnt get seconds) and chocolate/banana malt. OH and as you know, i had a tank-top on and jean..i was like a walking freak show. People had to stop eating or their conversation to just see me as i walk by..even the workers LOL . My wife was like, did you see that family all turn around and look at you as we walked by. Normally i get looks but when i’m contest lean..its that time 100! Anyways I was STUFFED afterwards BUT anytime i have a cheat meal that contains TONS of grease and fat i eat a bowl of granola cereal and a lot of whole grain yummies! Also had some pruns(cherry flavored) and a banana (which wasnt ripe..yuck, i’ll never do that again!) and a little chocolate pudding snack. The wife watched Dan in Real Life…TOTAL CHIC FLICK so DONT WATCH IT IT WAS TERRIBLE, i lost interest within 2 mins of the movie. So i got out my Muscular Development and read up on RAMBLIN FREAK newest rant about this teenage freak that sported over 20inch arms back in 1980 and his trainer…its the funniest shit! That guy has good hilarious stories…
This morning i woke up 4.5lbs heavier and looked damn good. I still look dry and very vascular. I stopped all my sups today except Hydroxycut (need energy for my morning training) so i have less water retention by Wed. when i cut my water & sodium. In the gym…typical Sunday, old people and myself training LOL I swear people are so damn lazy….but come Mon. all the clowns are back in the gym, in my way, walking aimlessly around like a chicken with their heads cut off…ANNOYING! Hit up some biceps and man i really like how i’m looking. One black dude with this Jamaican accent came up to me and said "MAN YOU ARE RIPPED, I MEAN I SEEN YOU BEFORE AND YOU LOOKED OK BUT MAN YOU ARE RIPPED". YES NO CARDIO i also stopped cardio so after training i went into the aerobics class room that has some kick ass lighting, got down to my sports undies and posed my manditors for a good 30mins of sweating LOL
As for the rest of the day, need to go shopping at the mall, need to get some new gear for the FWC afterparty…dress to impress as they say. The fam also wants to get some new clothes and misc stuff. Ethan for the most part is a very good baby, he didnt give us any trouble at Red Robin so i’m sure he’ll just sleep through the mall but need to be home in 3 hours to eat!!! Then going to gym again for some triceps and posing.
