back in the saddle part 2
Thursday, May 22nd, 2008Well I started my new workout on Tuesday with back and arms, did chest and triceps tomorrow, and I will do thighs tomorrow. I’m sore and I think I’ve overdone it on Bicep day because my arms hurt esp my forearms. Any suggestions on how to alleviate the soreness? It’s even hard to extend them all the way. If I stretch it gets better.
I’ve learned the importance of stretching this past week. Stretching is so important so i’m leaning to stretch after i work out. Should I stretch as part of the warmup too? Your feedback is necessary and greatly appreciated.
So it’s almost week one of this particular workout. I got to tweek some some stuff (take some excersices out) but it should be great.
