New workout started yesterday
Saturday, February 16th, 2008Well, I was running out of money so I decided to cancel my gym membership and use the gym at SAU. That gyms sucks….missing dumbells….no barbells…….machines are constantly out of order…….so i figured I would just use a body weight routine……because i’m not strong and i don’t want to have all this muscle and can’t do anything with it. I started on it yesterday and it was tough but I like it. it consists of pushups, pull ups, chin ups, dips, swiss ball excersices for abs….the lower body will consist of some wieghts for deadlifts, squats, etc. I’m thinking about doing this for 8 weeks and then joining a real gym where I can actually use some weights and cycling back and forth. I saw this guy on youtube who was one of those world strongest man competitors and he could still do wide grip pull ups at 300lbs. I want to be that guy. Wish me luck.
