February 13, 2008Well today I did a bi-cep deadlift workout.
deadlifts 5 sets 10-12reps @ 170lbs
preacher curl with curlbar 3 sets 8-10 reps @ 85lbs
standing cheat curls 3sets 4-6 reps @ 115lbs
seated dumbell curls 5 sets 10-15 reps @ 35lbs
preacher hammer curls 2 sets 12-15 reps @ 25lbs
total gym curls 3 sets 15-20reps
chin-ups 4 sets to failure
