A LITTLE ABOUT ME
MY NAME IS JEREMY AND IM AN ALCOHOLIC…..OH…SORRY…WRONG ROOM. IM 28 YEARS OLD AND I’VE BEEN LIFTING HARD FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW. I LOVE THE PUMP THAT I GET FROM HITTING IT HARD. I USED TO HATE TO TAKE MY SHIRT OFF AROUND FEMALES BECAUSE I HAD THE WHOLE SPNOGE BOB SQUARE PANTS FLOATIE AROUND MY WAIST. I STARTED WORKING OUT HARD AND FOUND A DIET THAT I REALLY LOVE AND BEFORE I KNEW IT I LOST ALMOST 3 INCHES AROUND MY WAIST AND MY ABS STARTED TO POKE THROUGH A LITTLE. I HAVE BEEN PICKED UP ON AN AMATURE BODYBUILDING TEAM AND I DO MY FIRST SHOW IN JUNE OF 08. IF ANY OF YOU HAVE ANY POINTERS OR ADVICE TO GIVE ME, PLEASE FEEL FREE, IM NEW TO THIS SO I WILL GLADLY TAKE ALL THE HELP I CAN GET! ANYTHING YOU WANT TO KNOW ABOUT ME…HIT ME UP. IM ALWAYS UP TO MEET NEW PEOPLE AND MAKE NEW FRIENDS. I LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU ALL.

Thank you Jeremy for adding me. Well you are looking solid already, I will focus a little on the chest, for example I will start lifting heavier, nice chest separation but you can add more size to the lower chest area (declines) Back is looking excellent, but a little more of lats will serve you well.
Arms are getting thicker, but don’t neglect the shoulders and triceps, I will do more light reps to enhance the deltoids. Lastly I have not seen the legs, legs are crucial, keep pumping and keep your diet, looking solid.

I’m trying to put a diet together by only eating
protein and vegs. during the weeek. Doing carbs only on the weekends. Also is fatburners a solution ? My midsection is where the fat is and that’s from drinking. I have stop the drinking. Just lifting and doing cardio. Right now i’m 175 lbs and 5′8
