Hello to All, It was another awesome day in the weight room. 60 minutes of lifting and music always leaves me feeling good. Added some weight to my preacher curl and also my dumbell concentration curl. When I look in the mirror it never lies, I can ohnestly say I can see change in every week that goes by that makes it worth while. Feelin good and feelin stronger.

Hey its my first blog post. just wanted to say I have been getting in three days a week at about an hour or so each time and i have’nt felt better. My upper body is feel’in strong. I started at the weight room at my work place last week and it’s awesome. Talk at you later Jeremy
