Phase 2
Ok, so I’ve definitely achieved my original goal that I set back in February. Now it’s time for phase 2! I’m putting myself on a path that will lead me to competition. I know almost nothing about what I need to do to get started on this, but I’m doing lots of research. I’m also doing everything I can to promote myself as a model. If anyone has any words of advice, especially about getting started competing, please feel free to share! Meanwhile, I’ll keep pushing my body to reach my goals.

Congrats on achieving your goal, you look great! What excercises do you do and how frequently? My girlfriend has a similar body to yours and I am trying to get her on a workout plan so she can achieve your results. I am not familiar with workouts for women.

I work out the same as any guy. In fact, I lift as much weight as some guys (obviously, not the big ones
. Honestly, if a woman works out like a man, as long as she doesn’t start taking stuff that messes with her hormones, she will still look feminine. I work out on a 6 day split, 3-5 exercises per body part. 2 warmup sets, 3 sets. Sometimes I pyramid. Lately, I’ve started doing 5-10-20 rep sets…if you pick up the latest muscle and fitness you’ll find the article on the 5-10-20. Cardio 4-6 days/week. I like HIIT because I don’t enjoy doing cardio, so this helps keep it interesting. Other than that, 6 meals a day. Balance of protein & complex carbs. You know, the whole package.. Hope she joins the bodybuilding world!
