					<description>are you gaining strength? ... do you see increases in rep count? or the weight you lift EVERY WEEK? if so .. keep at it ... if not .. well ... you could consider taking a little break from lifting to shock your body to start gaining again... anyhow I'm far from an expert. hope you get the guidance you need and good luck.</description>

And the man is RIGHT! I was listening someone like you and did squats till 90 degree angle, progress was ZERO! When I started to squat &amp;amp;#34;ass to grass&amp;amp;#34; and slow reps I noticed that my legs and butt are shaping!</description>

					<description>I eat the same stuff everyday...I don't eat meat, but i love fish!!! Eggs, protein drinks, fruit, veggies, natural peanutbutter, oatmeal, oatmeal pancakes, nuts, natural yogurt, and fish...and sometimes low carb wraps. Love it, and will always eat this way :)</description>
