Hey! I have been bulking for almost 2 months now and have gained about 7 pounds. I think i’m stuck here, can’t seem to gain more. I’ve upped my cal’s and stopped cardio. I want to gain More muscle and keep the fat low if possible…. Any ideas?? And also, how long should i gain before i cut?

are you gaining strength? … do you see increases in rep count? or the weight you lift EVERY WEEK? if so .. keep at it … if not .. well … you could consider taking a little break from lifting to shock your body to start gaining again… anyhow I’m far from an expert. hope you get the guidance you need and good luck.

Thanks for the input! Yes i am moving up in strength, and yes more reps also. I feel stronger each week. Just stopped gaining weight…..

if you’re gaining strength then you are gaining muscle .. good work Norma
