Well week one with my trainer  JPhillips17 was amazing….I feel great and have changed alot in one week I’m so excited and can’t wait to see what the future holds!!! I also have to say, love this site!!! You guys  are so supportive….Thanks ALOT!!!

Wow, all I can say is…Thank you JPhillips17 I had the best shoulder workout today with your help!! My shoulders have never been so sore right after, i felt SWOL……….Good stuff Can’t wait for tomorrow!!!!
