2 much?
Monday, June 9th, 2008Hello.. This is my frist post and i hope to have many more!! Just wondering, I work my arms and legs 2 times a week. Is that over doing it or should i keep it up? I have been hard at it for 7 months now and i am happy, but i hope to compete one day and i want to do things the right way. I will train 7 days a week if i have 2!! Thanks for your imput:)
