Hey! I have been bulking for almost 2 months now and have gained about 7 pounds. I think i’m stuck here, can’t seem to gain more. I’ve upped my cal’s and stopped cardio. I want to gain More muscle and keep the fat low if possible…. Any ideas?? And also, how long should i gain before i cut?

Well week one with my trainer JPhillips17 was amazing….I feel great and have changed alot in one week

I had the best shoulder workout today with your help!! My shoulders have never been so sore right after, i felt SWOL……….Good stuff

Hello! Today was my only day off from the gym, saturday is my chill day! But for some reason I wanted to go and I did!! Worked my butt off and feel wonderful
It’s so weird how it makes me feel and how different i am after a great workout, so much happier

Hey guys and gals
I am feeling yuck , not very happy with myself! I did back and bi"s today, and i feel strong but i feel like i’m not getting bigger!! Mybe i’m stuck… I just changed up my workouts so i hope things start picking up!! Should i take something? Mybe superpump? I don’t know, i wanted to do it without taking anything but mybe i should rethink things? I’m in a weird mood and feeling bad!! What do you think??

Hello.. This is my frist post and i hope to have many more!! Just wondering, I work my arms and legs 2 times a week. Is that over doing it or should i keep it up? I have been hard at it for 7 months now and i am happy, but i hope to compete one day and i want to do things the right way. I will train 7 days a week if i have 2!! Thanks for your imput:)
