Well It’s been a week since I’ve been back from vacation and thank god I only gained 1lb. Not as bad as what I expected, but I’m so glad to be back on track. Now, I ran out of protein powder and need to go buy some. worked biceps and back today and think I need to actually increase weight for back workout. I didn’t feel much when working my back. My biceps are already beginning to feel sore, which to me, is a good thing. At least I can tell I worked them. Gotta keep thinking positive and try my best to keep eating clean and healthy

Ok, These past 5 days were pure hell as I had totally ruined and destroyed my healthy eating plan. It’s hard when u have 4 teenagers on board who don’t want to eat the same as you and vacationing in Florida, going out to eat at least one meal each day, really took a toll on me. It was just easier (i know.. excuses) and cheaper to just all eat together the same thing. I didn’t have many healthy choices to choose from when we went out to eat. Panama City was definetly hard to find any real healthy food.. Only healthy food I considered I ate was the Sushi and Egg drop soup at the Chinese restaraunt. I feel disgusted right now… I’ll be so glad when everyone goes back to work, and I get my eating back on track.
