Hardbody plan

Alright, the Ava Cowan pics are on the fridge, the salmon, chicken and greens are packed for the week. The protein is in the baggies. I’m ready to take on this week, with a new direction. LIFT HEAVY or GO HOME JenCan! Honestly, I’m so bored of using the baby dumb bells. From here on, I’m using heavier IRON and work until I reach failure. I started Saturday w/ shoulders , ahh, felt sooo #*$&@( great. It was like a tease…lol

I can fill my brain with all the routines, workouts and exercises ever thought of , but NO ONE can get me to put forth effort of intensity and failure but myself. I’ve got the laser sharp ambition, I just need to externalize it , regardless of all the looks I get at the gym. Gosh! Can’t everyone just mind their own !? Lol, I must put up one good show b/c damn do they stare! Next time, I’m going to just smile and move on. I tend to stop, but like my buddy said "F-em, all of them!" lol

So watch out for me, I’m going to get some tight, lean body mass on me. I’ll be posting pics so look out! Have a great week everyone!

    go big or go home! that’s it babygirl! i was on a high yesterday! i deadlifted 100lbs yesterday for 10reps! i legg pressed 260lbs for 8 reps, smith machine squats-125lbs for 8 reps! that’s right! i roll w/ the big boys and YOU will to! it’s the best feeling in the world to know that you don’t have to just use freaking 5lb weights! that is for the birds! its the beest feeling to reach a goal. i did shoulder presses w/ 60lbs! curls w/ 25lb dd. man..i feel high! side raises w/ 20lb dd! GIRL DO HEAVY OR GO HOME! :) Now..I JUST NEED THIS FOCUS AND DETERMINATION WITH MY DIET. I realize if you eat okay, you will look okay. i eat okay, so i look-okay. if i ate clean-YOU’D be able to wash clothes on my tummy! :) good luck and I BELIEVE YOU CAN DO IT!
