Hardbody plan
Sunday, August 10th, 2008Alright, the Ava Cowan pics are on the fridge, the salmon, chicken and greens are packed for the week. The protein is in the baggies. I’m ready to take on this week, with a new direction. LIFT HEAVY or GO HOME JenCan! Honestly, I’m so bored of using the baby dumb bells. From here on, I’m using heavier IRON and work until I reach failure. I started Saturday w/ shoulders , ahh, felt sooo #*$&@( great. It was like a tease…lol
I can fill my brain with all the routines, workouts and exercises ever thought of , but NO ONE can get me to put forth effort of intensity and failure but myself. I’ve got the laser sharp ambition, I just need to externalize it , regardless of all the looks I get at the gym. Gosh! Can’t everyone just mind their own !? Lol, I must put up one good show b/c damn do they stare! Next time, I’m going to just smile and move on. I tend to stop, but like my buddy said "F-em, all of them!" lol
So watch out for me, I’m going to get some tight, lean body mass on me. I’ll be posting pics so look out! Have a great week everyone!
