Hunger!
Hunger, eating low carb and watching the fat makes you do crazy things. I just threw out a precious 1/2 c of oatmeal and one good scoop of Isopure b/c I got a craving for something pudding and mixed them together. Whoa! Bad idea. Protein is hard to mix as it is, without a shaker cup, forget it! Needless to say, the result was a globby mess of uncooked oats, chunks of protein powder and water floating to the top. A big YUK for that recipe. This is what happens when I try to eat healthy carbs, I feel like it’s a sign to stay away from them, even if they are the "good"ones. Today is leg day so I better go make another protein shake. Thank goodness for RTD shakes. I might just treat myself to a muscle milk (banana is my fave). Thanks a lot Big C, now you have me addicted to the stuff. I’ll just have to squat double time. : )

You need those carbs…don’t cut them! Just get a blender and mix protein, natural pb, oats and water together (banana optional depending on diet)….it’s the BOMB! I use milk chocolate from Optimum Nutrition. I crave it everyday!
