Thursday, August 2nd, 2007Scrambled egg 2 whole eggs 3 whites
House work and stuff
omlette with lean ham, 2 slice peperoni, mushroom 2 whole eggs 3 whites
40 min walk
2 weetabix with skimmed milk
200ml protein shake 1 scoop in skimmed milk
bcaas x3
20 min walk to gym
BICEPS
barbell warm up 15lbs 1×15
dumbells 5×10 start at 12lbs each hand dropping to 10lbs handafter 3 sets
barbell 4 sets 10 with 15lbs
incline bench barbell curl 4×10 start 10lbs each hand down to 8 on 3rd set
cardio 5 mins on stepper, 10 mins walking
walkhome 20 mins (by this time i was ready to pass out at 10.15)
handful crunchy nut flakes
handful nuts
slice ham
breast chicken with some veg and handful of wholewheat pasta oh & multi grain bread roll which i now regret.
sat on my butt
200ml protein shake skimmed milk 1 scoop powder
bed
(i now feel like i didnt do enough cardio although my knees are hurting & legs still tired & feel like i over ate on the carbs)
