First Day Back
Today I will start training with weights again. I plan on doing 1X20 (thick handled) trap bar deadlift. I think I will start light, say around 130 pounds and I plan on increasing 10-20 pounds per week until I start to struggle. At that point I will cut back to increases of either 2.5-5 lbs per week. I also plan on adding a few sets on the bench, thick bar curls, and military press. I’ll see how I feel.
