"I have to lose fat and gain a lot of muscle. At least that's what I would love. I reckon I'll have lots of loose skin when I'm finished - I hate the thought of that, but it can be fixed. I'd rather be skinny and healthy than fat and sluggish."

Bringing blogging back!

OK, I’ve broken the golden rule of blogging (update every day) for far too long now, but tomorrow I’ll be back to my daily entries again. At least for some days.. because things happen and I’m going to Bulgaria next wednesday. Exciting.

It’s been a week since my last update and the reason is because I was very, very tired. So I’ve stayed with my grandma, having a good time and still exercising. I’ve been on three hour walks with my dog almost every day. I’ve been at the gym twice. And I have not been to the candystore at all! :-) So, I’m good. Just needed to relax a little and take a break from the Internet and my street.

    omg!! avy!!… i think we have comitted the same crime… summer came and i rather beach and tan then blog!! eeeeeeeeeeeek b ut what’s worse i havent logged AT ALL… and ive ben @ the same weight bc i dont chart my food… eeek what r we gogin to do??!!
