"I have to lose fat and gain a lot of muscle. At least that's what I would love. I reckon I'll have lots of loose skin when I'm finished - I hate the thought of that, but it can be fixed. I'd rather be skinny and healthy than fat and sluggish."

OK, I’ve broken the golden rule of blogging (update every day) for far too long now, but tomorrow I’ll be back to my daily entries again. At least for some days.. because things happen and I’m going to Bulgaria next wednesday. Exciting.
-
It’s been a week since my last update and the reason is because I was very, very tired. So I’ve stayed with my grandma, having a good time and still exercising. I’ve been on three hour walks with my dog almost every day. I’ve been at the gym twice. And I have not been to the candystore at all! So, I’m good. Just needed to relax a little and take a break from the Internet and my street.
-
Bringing blogging back tomorrow. More is dot coming.

I’m done-diddi-done! My exam went fine and I don’t have another one until august. And you know what that means; almost two months of only dedicating myself to eating right and traning better. Can’t wait!
-
My workout today; 40min spinning
-
After the exam I was supposed to meet my BFF, but something happened. She has a new girlfriend (yes, she’s gay) and I don’t ever hear anything from her no more! You know how it is.. your bestfriend is suddenly in a relationship and it’s like you never existed. Until their first fight that is! So I went home and did some very needed cleaning around the apartement. A little exercise in itself!
-
So, I figured that since school was finished and I’m going to go on long hikingtrips I was gonna treat myself to some new shorts. What’s up with not even the sportstores not even having any size to fit me? That’s crazy! I am not huge! But I really feel that the sizes in clothing are getting smaller and smaller.. not just for me, but in general. I ended up with getting some shorts in the “BiB”-departement.. “Big is beautiful”. not funny, I don’t ever wanna have to buy clothes there again!
-
So for the Pentecost weekend, I’ll visit my grandma and stay with her. I’ve missed her in these past weeks. She’s a little out of the ordinary; she’s really into boxing! And tomorrow is a big night; n o r w e g i a n Cecilia Brækhus, a newly turned boxing pro is having a big fight in Germany. So my grandma is pretty worked up about it and I am too actually! Cecilia is so disciplined and generally a nice person. There was this talkshow on TV a while back and she was a guest. The host told her to hit him in his stomach - she said “no” but the stupid insisted. She did and he did not talk for three minutes. Hitting like a girl, yeah! Now, if she only could meet Laila Ali, that would be fun…!
-
Anyhow, my meals;
M1: 50g oatmeal, 30g proteinpowder, 200g skim milk
M2: 150g apple, 1 proteinbar
M3: bagel w/roastbeef and cottage cheese
M4: 100g chickpea stew, 200g tuna, 30g chili sauce
M5: 200g skim milk, 30g raisins
Calories: approx. 1631
-
Ok, I talk too much. Your eyes are probably sore and my fingers certainly are from the typing!
Have it good folks!

Tomorrow I can finaly exhale and just relax and go at my own pace for some weeks. It feels like I’ve had no Life in the past weeks and it sure will be good to just pick up a normal book and read whatever I feel like - not "stupid" schoolstuff. Although I love school, I also love vacation.
-
(I should be emberassed about complaining about school. There are millions of people who don’t get an education in this world.. they would never complain if they got the chance. Something to think about!)
-
On sunday my dog is coming to stay with me for a while again and I’m so looking forward to getting my hiking companion back!

My meals:
M1: 80g grapes, 40g dried apricots, 50g apple, 125g yoghurt

Well, I’m supporting Liverpool, who lost. But I have got a favorite on Milan, Mr. Gennaro Gattuso. He is so passionate about soccer and he almost always get in trouble! When Italy won the World Cup he celebrated by taking his shorts off.. and ran around in his briefs. He was reprimanded for it! LOL! But anyways.. he have been modeling for dolce Gabbana:

That’s him in the center of the picture. The pictures are a little to risque for soccer players in my opinion.. but so far, I can live with that!
Stay motivated and happy people!

Let’s kick todays entry off with a game called "Guess the calves". I’ll give you a hint; they belong to a she who has a lingerie line coming out.

Well, I wish I could say that I worked out today, but I didn’t. But I did clean the whole veranda, that took two hours. Oh, how nice it will be to sit there with my bestfriend on friday.. just breath and be content with the end of the schoolyear!
-
I ate few meals today, not sure why. Only three meals and not many calories at all - 836 in fact. That’s too little, I’ll have to looker better after my meals tomorrow!
-
Tomorrow is weigh-in-day for me, but I must admit that I have been sneaking to the scale almost every morning to check. The numbers are going down.. That makes me pretty exited!
-
Oh, I forgot! The prize for getting right! You can choose between one hour of cardio outdoors or one hour cardio inside..
Stay happy and healthy!

I haven’t worked out today because I’m lacking sleep and struggeling to concentrate on my studies. And as a bonus my sister lost the keys to the new apartement that is rented in my name… so I had to spend a good deal of time on that situation as well. What can I say? Twenty year old and partying bad!
-
I have rested today, but I feel very restless. Like I can’t sit in one position for more than 20 minutes at a time. And that’s very distracting when I’m supposed to read.
-
My meals;
M1: 150g eggwhites w/100g ham
M2: 20g walnuts, 20g raisins
M3: 100g ham
M4: 500g strawberries, 200g skim milk, splenda
M5: 50g oatmeal, 40g vanilla proteinpowder, 200g skim milk
M6: one slice blackbread w/liver
Calories: 1489
-
I also started with the green tea capsules today, I’m supposed to take one capsule three times a day. It will be a fun experiment to see what, if anything happens.
-
Sorry for the boring post y’all. I’ll come back stronger in short time!

Today was a beautiful here in O S L O. I decided to go on my third bikeride this year, so I packed my backpack with water and an energymix (raisin/nuts) and hit the streets. The plan was to bike to the place I grew up and then take a bikepath to a town nearby. The conclusion is that jellichious spent three and a half hours on the bike and that she’s got the sorest THUMBS ever. No more text messaging!
-
Look who else decided on biking this week;

I always wear sequin tops when I go biking. Right…! Paris Hilton is turning to her bike now that her license is revoked. But just wait people.. she’ll soon be the first to ever be jailed for a BUI - biking under the influence!
-
So, my meals today were:
M1: 40g oatmeal, 40g proteinshake
M2: 30g raisin, 20g nuts
M3: 30g nuts, 20g raisin
M4: 200g turkey, salad, 20g sweet chili sauce
M5: 100g strawberries w/one “knifeside” of splenda
M6: 300g skim milk
Calories: 1487
-
Oh yes.. before I forget. A while back I read about the postive effects of green tea. So I picked up some capsules of that today and I’m gonna try it for the next two weeks to see if it have any effect on me. It will be interesting and exciting. If anyone knows anything about this or have tested it, please tell me your experiences with it.
-
Lastly, guess who is on the latest cover of Men’s Fitness? No other than the multitalented Andy Roddick.
So, I’ve put together this minicollage of “then” and “now”. Look at his arms… they look much bigger “now”. Shall we beleive it or just classify it as a very good job on photoshop? What do you think?

My exam in psychology is over. I’m happy and tired. The problem with the course was the main book; it was of a very unmanageble size. You know the standard paper sizes? The books size was between a legal A4 and A3 - something very big for a book with 700 pages. So whenever I had to read it (every day) I never found a comfortable position to sit and read in. It was very much my discomfort zone. So, today I’m extremly happy that I never will have to open that book again. Yeah!
-
Now, let’s talk about something comfortable instead - working out. I managed to get in a little bit even though I was tired. I did 30mins and shoulders when I got home. But I was tired and didn’t really get into it.
-
My meals:
M1: 40g oatmeal, 30g proteinshake, 20g raisins
M2: proteinbar, 100g grapes
M3: proteinbar, 100g grapes
M4: “dark brown” bagel with roastbeef (”celebration meal” in the school cafeteria”)
M5: 150g chicken breast, 100g broccoli
M6: 100g cottage cheese w/30g sliced strawberries
-
So, then I only have one more exam left before the summer. Next friday I’m having “scientific method”… I just wish the exam was in pseudoscientifics instead - that’s what I’m good at!

We celebrated our national day here in N O R W A Y today. So I met my dad early downtown, so that we could watch the childrens parade. All the schools in the city parede around the city and the highlight is of course walking past the kings castle. The royal family stand on the balcony every year winking to the children. I can honestly say that I was a little moved by the kids - they’re so happy and proud. The parade is beautiful! Hurra!
-

My dad and I at last years celebration. He is holding one hot dog in each hand.. in case you wondered.

My sister and me last year. She was a “russ” - the term for people who is graduating. When you’re a “russ” you also get to parade in front of the castle. You see the castle in the background, I was very proud of her!
-
Anyhow - here’s my meals today;
M1: 40g oatmeal, 40g proteinshake
M2: eggsalad
M3: vaffle, strawberries, whipped cream
M4: scampi, rosti potatoes, some spicy sauce
M5: kranse cake (that picture doesn’t do the cake justice!)
M6: 130g apple
M7: 200g skim milk
Calories - I don’t even wanna know!
-
Did not workout at all today - spent the evening doing the last work before me exam tomorrow. When that’s done, I only have one left. That will be nice!
-

Ok. This was taken today.. I don’t even recognize myself now. Who’s that girl?? I think I gained half of those ugly 55 pounds in my face.. that chin and those cheeks have got to go! Not-so-hurra!
-
So long everyone! Have an amazing one! X X O!
