Life update
It’s been some time since I have said anything here, been on facebook lately. But here’s a few updates.
Current focus is getting my A+ before the end of this month. I have been and will continue to focus on that till the 26 and 28 of this month. Will pas on results good or bad.
I have also been back on the DG course, spending most of my time at Nani Falcone trying to get my drive back after surgery. I have missed the first 2 PDGA events as I did not feal confident in my play. I am hoping to make the June tournament at Persall Park here in San Antonio and I hope this will be my first tourney as a PDGA member. Other then that I am glad to see my friends game improving, it’s only fair as he’s spent so much time studding and working on his game. He’s done well in his first 2 PDGA events earning 4th and 5th place spots in Rec division. And after playing Persall yesterday, I think he’ll maintain a spot in the top 5. (Lock in that drive)
I am starting back to school the first week of June, my classes for Summer I are Statistics with Park and Japanese I with Northwest Vista. I am looking forward to getting back to school and I am hoping to complete my degree in 2010.
I have joined several fitness groups and Michelle got memberships at Anytime Fitness for the both of us. I did my first hike last night at Gov Canyon which turned out to be a great day for it. Our group did a fast paced 4 mile hike on a beginner trail. Met some nice people and had a good workout. I am planning on more hikes and hoping to start running, biking and swimming soon. My goal is to get down to 195 by the end of this year.
I have started going to church still looking for one to call a home but the search isn’t bad. It’s been a very log time and my reason for going isn’t so much for the fellowship and I have seen that yet but more to hear the word again and to work on my relationship.
As for work well it’s work, I enjoy what I do just not the company I work for. I have come to make some great friends who I hope regardless of what path we take will remain in my life.
That’s it for today.
