This week I didn’t really do anything hardcore I did mostly cardio, 30 minute sessions.
I cheated a bit this week, I ate some chex mix and popcorn through the course of this week not really too bad, but is still cheating right, I know. I even had a bag of skittles yesterday, man I had to treat myself.
I am going back on my strict diet starting tomorrow with no more cheating at all.
The sad part is my bday is wednesday so that mean no cake, no ice cream, but hey I had my fun this week right so…

I was losing focus today, I was not in the mood for exercising but knew that i needed to. Today was leg and back, and my legs are the muscles that I really want to develop besides the abs.
I picked up my mp3 player put on one of my favorite songs and the motivation just came.
Your not going to feel like exercising everyday but you have to figure out what you need to do to get you back in the mood and quick.
Your motivation can be
your family
your friends
your health
just find it and keep it.
Thats what I’m doing.
