sup, i know i been AWOL on this sight for a bit. I have been trying to get my life together back here in the states with my wife and my daughter. I just haven’t had time to go and work out. I run like 2 or 3 miles every now and again, but i haven’t had time to do any real workout. I have a little gut now and gained 25 lbs. Now I am in Okinawa, Japan with my fam. I’m trying to get back into my workout schedule, but it is hard as hell. I’m just trying to get my time management in order. Being a new Father is a bit hard. And the stress from work is not making it any better.

im having troubl trying to get my "V" shape and my abs to show. and it’s kinda hard for me to do things i can do in the states because im over here in Afghanistan and we are limited to what we can do gym wise. i been doing lat pulldowns, crunches, and sit ups like crazy and im not seeing any results. do anyone have any other suggestions for me?

now i have an injury to report. i jacked up my shoulder playing football over here. i went to the doc to check it out and he said that i have several strained muscles in my upper left back and shoulder. hopefully i can recover soon so i can get back to my weights.

Man, im tired of waking up in the morning seeing my own breath because it’s so cold. i wish it would heat up just a little bit. i can’t even realy run outside because of the coldness. the only thing i really been working on because of that, is my abs and my chest. i really want my abs back. since i joined the army, i lost my six pack an got a lil keg. lol. it’s hard to get back.

lol well, yea it’s garbage down here, everywhere i go, i smell S@#$!!! it stinks something horrid over here. as soon as i stepped off the plane when i first got here. my nose hair just singed up. lol no matter where you go, you smell doo-doo. the only thing they have good here where im at, is that they have a good massage place and a good bootleg dvd store. i can get like 16 movies on one dvd for just 5 dollers.lol or a whole series for 20. i got the first,second and third seasons of "House MD" for just 20 bucks. lol. but anyway, that’s bout it. on a different note….. i wish i could find a good ab workout plan that will help me get my abs back quick, fast, and in a hurry. they don’t have anything for abs except an ab crunch machine…..

man, it’s too damn cold over here in afghanastan. it got to 6 degrees out here and we had to do cardio outside with little to nothing clothing. i couldn’t actually feel my freakin’ hands nor toes. im not the one for freakin’ cold weather….. bring on tha freakin’ heat!!!!!!!!! X-(
