TRYING TO GET BACK INTO SHAPE!!!
Sunday, August 2nd, 2009sup, i know i been AWOL on this sight for a bit. I have been trying to get my life together back here in the states with my wife and my daughter. I just haven’t had time to go and work out. I run like 2 or 3 miles every now and again, but i haven’t had time to do any real workout. I have a little gut now and gained 25 lbs. Now I am in Okinawa, Japan with my fam. I’m trying to get back into my workout schedule, but it is hard as hell. I’m just trying to get my time management in order. Being a new Father is a bit hard. And the stress from work is not making it any better.
